Shipping and return

When shopping at N1 EssilorLuxottica you can always change your mind. 
Our customers have 30 days to return their items. To return the product(s) you can follow the steps below:

1.   You can start the return procedure by contacting our Customer Care team at supportecom@davidclulow.com. Please remember to include your full name, order number, delivery address and which item(s) you wish to return. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Care team by calling 8000261962 (Monday to Friday 10am - 7pm).

2.   A Return Authorization Number (RA) will be generated.

3.   Pack the item(s) in the original packaging including any documentation, accessories and manuals received with the product - make sure the package is secure and that the contents do not risk being damaged during shipping.

4.   Attach the Return Label on the outside of the package covering any previous address label.

5.   Bring the parcel to one of the UPS Access Points listed on the label or contact UPS directly to arrange a collection.

REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS 
You will receive an email notification when we refund the price of the item(s). 
Refunds normally arrive within 15 business days of receipt. 
If you have chosen express shipping, shipping costs will not be refunded. 
We only accept returns on items purchased from DavidClulow.com. 
All refunds will occur via the original payment method.
