As an Area Manager you will be responsible for driving sales/business performance and ensuring all KPI targets and profit objectives are delivered across an area of retail stores. You will work with Store Managers to develop a strategic plan in line with regional objectives, provide effective leadership, development and performance management across the area. You will strive to provide exceptional customer service by leading and creating an inspired selling culture within all stores, as well as ensuring high store standards are consistently met. As a Luxottica ambassador you will role model the Luxottica characteristics and the N1 EssilorLuxottica culture.

Experience
5+ years across multiple sites 

As a Store Manager you will oversee all aspects of store operations; including sales, profitability, recruiting, maintenance and inventory control as well as ensuring excellent customer service is delivered. You will improve the overall business performance and achieve objectives through effective management, leadership and development of the people in your team.

Rewards
Competitive Salary, with monthly bonuses of up to £1,500 per month dependent on store size, location and store performance. 
 

As an Assistant Manager you will support the store manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations; including sales, profitability, recruiting, maintenance and inventory control as well as ensuring excellent customer service is delivered. You will improve the overall business performance and achieve objectives through effective management, leadership and development of the people in your team. You will also be an ambassador for outstanding service.

Minimum of 1 year of supervisory/management experience

This could represent up to an additional £600 per month.
 

As a Supervisor you will support the store manager in overseeing all aspects of store operations; including sales, profitability, recruiting, maintenance and inventory control as well as ensuring excellent customer service is delivered. You will improve the overall business performance and achieve objectives through effective management, leadership and development of the people in your team. You will also be an ambassador for outstanding service.

Experience
Minimum of 1 year of optical experience

The Optical Assistant is a support role assisting the Optometrist and/or Dispensing Optician. Working alongside the Optometrist, you’ll provide information to customers and help them select the best products and services to ensure they look and feel better than they ever thought possible. Secondly, you’ll keep up to date with all the various new lines and promotions within your practice, so that you can always provide customers with the most up-to-date information. Finally, you’ll play your part within the team, working together and helping and supporting colleagues to deliver a successful and profitable business.

As an Optometrist you will work as part of a team delivering total satisfaction to our customers through conducting thorough eye examinations, contact lens assessments and aftercare. You’ll offer our customers recommendations to the highest professional and ethical standards. You will use your knowledge to effectively identify customer needs and recommend eyewear and eye care solutions accordingly. In addition you will act as an ambassador for N1 EssilorLuxottica ensuring every customer is welcomed into the store and to ensure their expectations are exceeded throughout the customer experience.

Requirements
You must be a qualified Optometrist with a degree in Optometry and be a registered member of the General Optical Council
You must have fufilled your CET requirements

As a Mobile Optometrist, you will be conducting sight tests and contact lens fitting in a variety of stores across within your region. You will work as part of a team delivering total satisfaction to our customers through conducting thorough eye examinations, contact lens assessments and aftercare. You’ll offer our customers recommendations to the highest professional and ethical standards. You will use your knowledge to effectively identify customer needs and recommend eyewear and eye care solutions accordingly. In addition you will act as an ambassador for N1 EssilorLuxottica ensuring every customer is welcomed into the store and to ensure their expectations are exceeded throughout the customer experience.

Requirements
