1. The 50% discount on the second pair is applied at checkout and applies only when two Ray-Ban or Oakley sunglasses are purchased in the same transaction. The discount is applied to the lower-priced pair.

2. Offer is available online at clearly.com.au and clearly.co.nz.

3. Offer applies only to Ray-Ban and Oakley branded sunglasses. All other products, including optical glasses, lenses, contact lenses, and accessories, are excluded.

4. Offer excludes prescription sunglasses lenses, safety certification fees, and Third Party contracts.

5. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, subscription, discount, or benefit (including health fund discount). Health fund benefits are subject to a customer’s policy waiting periods, annual limits, and level of extras cover.

7. While stocks last.

8. Offer ends on 17 February at 11:59 PM AEST/AEDT.

"Subscribe & save" Terms and Conditions

1. The Clearly Subscription plan is available for all contact lenses sold online at clearly.com.au and clearly.co.nz.

2. The subscription provides you with a 20% discount off the current Clearly online retail price of the contact lenses applicable at the time of each shipment. Please note that the prices of contact lenses fluctuate based on vendor pricing and market conditions, and Clearly will do our vey best to offer you the most competitive prices we can.

3. If the website's offer is higher than the subscription offer at the time of placing or renewing the subscription, customers will receive the higher discount.

4. Subscription orders always include free shipping.

5. The only accepted payment method is by credit card.

6. You must have a current valid contact lens prescription prescribed by a registered Australian or New Zealand optometrist.

7. Your subscription is ongoing until you cancel.

8. You will be provided with your contact lenses at the frequency at which you order, e.g. if you have ordered 3 months of contact lenses, we will send you a refill order of contact lenses every 3 months and charge your credit card every 3 months. You can reschedule your order in Your Account.

9. You may cancel your subscription at any time, however you may be charged for your next subscription order if you do not cancel before the subscription order date.

10. You can cancel your subscription in Your Account or by calling Customer Care on 1-800-639-478 in Australia or 0 800 446 107 in New Zealand.

11. The Clearly Subscription plan cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or benefit from any source.

12. All personal information is collected, stored, and used in accordance with the Clearly Privacy Policy.
